The devastating loss of more than 30 puppies to Parvo virus last year convinced us that it would be most sensitive to start with the Quarantine kennels.
Six spacious, strictly separated kennels, each with its own little ‘outside area’ (high walls, but no roof to get some fresh air) will be the home of every new animal in need, so we can monitor all new intakes for two weeks before joining the other shelter dogs. This will decrease the spread of disease and save many puppies’ lives.
As always, we need your help
We are most grateful to everyone who donated to get us closer to our goals, but we still have not raised sufficient funds to finish and equip the new building.
