Adopt a dog in Tanzania

Adoptions are essential for the shelter. Therefore if we cannot find homes for the animals we have, we cannot take more in off the streets.

Stray dogs are not second class animals, they’ve simply experienced more life than others. Hence by adopting one of our shelter animals you help support homeless animals and help us in our goal of giving these deserving creatures a good life.

There are so many unwanted stray dogs which are so thankful to be rescued and who will reward you with friendship and companionship for the rest of their lives.

These Dogs Are Waiting For A Forever Home

Give An Adult Dog A Home

Older dogs are calmer and less energetic than younger dogs.
An adult dog has graduated from the puppy stage and has an established demeanour and temperament, which will give you an instant idea of how it will fit into your household.

You can teach an old dog new tricks.
Dogs can be trained at any age and older dogs are just as smart as younger ones. Older dogs have a greater attention span than a puppy, which make them easier to train.

Take Home A Young Dog

Young dogs or puppies are cute but also more work. Remember that you still need to spend plenty of time training them.
